The RA National Assembly Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs approved a draft law submitted by the government, which allows the employer not to allow an employee who does not have a Covid-19 vaccination or PCR test certificate to be at work, perform his/her duties, and terminate the employment contract.

The package of draft laws on making additions and amendments to the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia was presented at the sitting of the NA Committee by the RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ruben Sargsyan.
