Artsakh National Security Service informs:

“The National Security Service of the Artsakh Republic is taking measures to return the Artsakh resident who came under the control of the Azerbaijani armed forces as a result of getting lost.

Early this morning, the National Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan was informed about the disappearance of M.M., a resident of Ashan community, Martuni region, born in 2000. As a result of the measures taken on the basis of the alarm, it was found out that the mentioned citizen of the Artsakh Republic, after getting lost in the morning, appeared in the territory under the control of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan and was detained by the latter.

The incident was immediately reported to the Russian peacekeepers, who found out and assured the safety of our citizen. Negotiations are currently underway to return M.M. to the Armenian side.
