A trilateral meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will take place in Sochi on 26 November. The Kremlin.ru officially reported adding that the talks will be held on the initiative of the Russian President.
“It is planned to discuss the implementation of the agreements reached on 9 November and 11 January, as well as to outline further steps to strengthen stability and establish a peaceful life in the region. Special attention will be paid to the restoration and development of trade and economic and transport ties,” the statement reads.
In addition to the trilateral meeting, it is envisaged that the Russian President will also have separate meetings with the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of Azerbaijan.
