“The situation here is normal, everything is calm, there is no problem in our village,” Head of Ishkhanasar community Marat Petrosyan told Iravaban.net .

He mentioned that the night lights of the village are on, there is no problem.

“The army is here. Azerbaijanis are 20-25 kilometers away from us,” Marat Petrosyan said.

It should be reminded that on 16 November, at 13:30, the RA Ministry of Defense announced that at around 13:00, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces had initiated another provocation in the direction of the eastern border of the RA, firing on the Armenian positions. The RA Armed Forces subdivisions took retaliatory actions to prevent the enemy’s advance.

At 21:45 the Ministry of Defense reported: “According to the agreement reached through the mediation of the Russian side, the fire in the eastern border zone of the Republic of Armenia has been stopped since 18:30, the situation has relatively stabilized.”
