Taking into account the weather conditions, the consequent possible accidents and emergencies, the Syunik Regional Rescue Department installed a heating point at 39 km of the Kapan- Tatev road, above the village of Aghvani. First aid to the injured citizens left on the road will be provided in this furnished and adapted point. The vacated point in Shurnukh continues to operate, and in the near future heating points will be installed in Verin Khotanan, and on the Yerevan-Goris at the intersection with the road leading to the Tatev.
