According to the October data of the RA Investigative Committee, the number of civilians and servicemen killed during the 44-day war is 3788 people, including 3712 servicemen and 76 civilians, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan announced in the National Assembly.
“222 servicemen and 21 civilians are considered missing. The total number of hostages taken by Azerbaijan is 40, including 37 servicemen and 3 civilians,” Mkrtchyan said.
According to the Minister, 114 servicemen and civilians were handed over to the Republic of Armenia by Azerbaijan during this period.
He noted that 7888 people were injured and received inpatient treatment, 1464 people were disabled.
