Strike is a permanent or temporary cessations of work by a group the employees of one or several organizations aimed to settle the dispute on collective labor contract.
Declaration of the strike are prohibited in the police, armed forces (other equal services), security system, as well as in central electricity, water and gas supply, first medical aid services. The demands put forward by the employees of the said services are settled at the national level with the participation of corresponding trade union and employer.
Strikes shall be prohibited in disaster areas as well as in the area where state of martial law or state emergency has been declared in accordance with the established procedure until the liquidation of the consequences of natural disaster or lifting of the state of martial law or state emergency.
