As a result of investigative-judicial and other actions carried out in the Investigation Department of Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative District of the RA Investigative Committee, as well as the relevant measures taken by the RA Police, the identities of the alleged perpetrators were found. 4 people were arrested.

As we have already informed, on 11 November 2021, four people with various gunshot wounds were admitted to “Heratsi” N1 University Hospital, and “Mikayelyan” Institute of Surgery of Yerevan. Two of them died without regaining consciousness.
As a result of the measures taken, it was found out that all the above-mentioned persons had received gunshot wounds during the incident that took place in the yard of one of the houses on 16th Kanaker Street in Yerevan.
The bodies of two other men were found during the search of the scene, as well as 28 capsules of different calibers, 12 bullets, 4 pistols and 2 rifles.
Other investigative and judicial actions are being carried out to reveal all the circumstances of the case.
The investigation is underway.
Note: A person that is suspected or accused of an alleged crime is considered innocent until his/her guilt is proved by a court judgment that has come into legal effect pursuant to the procedure determined by RA Criminal Procedure Code.
