Gnel Sanosyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, summing up his 100 days in office, said that the asphalting of the Tatev-Aghavno section of the Goris-Kapan highway in the Syunik region has already been completed, and that the alternative road is actually ready.

According to the Minister, the Tatev-Ltsen highway of Syunik region, as well as in a number of communities, such as Shurnukh, Vorotan, Bardzravan, roads are being built.

“At the moment, we consider the works related to the Sisian-Kajaran section important. We prepared a government decision, according to which the construction of that road was considered a priority. Currently, work is being done to pass the tender stage, and construction will start in 2022,” Sanosyan said.
