On 4 November, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision stating:

“Pursuant to Article 16, Part 14 and Article 20, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia” On Anti-Corruption Committee”, to appoint Edik Hakobyan Acting Deputy Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Committee.”
