Suren Sarumyan, Spokesman for the Defense Army of Artsakh Republic, said in a conversation with “Artsakhpress” correspondent.

“According to preliminary data, there are no casualties,” Sarumyan said, adding that the incident was reported to the Russian peacekeeping command in Artsakh.
