On 26 October, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision stating:

“Guided by Article 9, Part 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Public Service”, to appoint Vahan Zaroyan Deputy Governor of Gegharkunik Region of the Republic of Armenia.”
