“According to Article 20, Part 1 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, a National Assembly Inquiry Committee was established to study the use of funds collected by the “Hayastan All-Armenian Fund” and transferred to the state budget of the Republic of Armenia at the request of at least a quarter of the total number of deputies.”

According to Part 6 of Article 20 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, the draft decision of the National Assembly defining the number of members of the Inquiry Committee, will be discussed at the regular sittings of the National Assembly starting on 26 October, 2021,” the statement signed by the NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan, acting as NA President is mentioned.
