On 21 October, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision stating,
“Pursuant to Article 12, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Law on the Special Investigation Service, Article 48, Part 12 of the Law on the Anti-Corruption Committee, to appoint Mushegh Babayan Deputy Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Committee from 21 October, 2021, relieving him from the position of Deputy Head of the Special Investigation Service.”
It should be reminded that he held the position of Deputy Head of the SIS by the decision of the Prime Minister on 4 October, and before that he held the position of the Head of the Police Educational Complex.
