In response to the information circulated by some media outlets that Kapan “Pela Sar” (Pela Mountain) was allegedly handed over to Azerbaijan, the RA National Security Service informs that there has been no change of positions in the area called “Pela Sar” (Pela Mountain) in Syunik region.
