Attorneys Ara Zohrabyan and 19 lawyers submitted an application to the Administrative Court on 1 October with request to invalidate the order of the Minister of Health. Iravaban.net learned this from “Datalex” judiciary information system.

The court returned the application to correct the mistakes in it. The lawyers applied to the court to suspend the minister’s order until the end of the trial. In the case of returning the application, the court does not refer to considering the motion.

Within fifteen days after receiving the decision to eliminate the errors made in the application, in case of re-submission to the administrative court, the application shall be considered accepted on the day of initial submission.

It should be noted that from 1 October, the requirement for all businesses to submit a negative answer to the PCR test once every two weeks came into force. Exceptions are cases when the employee, a citizen, is vaccinated, pregnant or has clear contraindications to vaccination.
