The three-day visit of the Prosecutor General of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Armenia ended on 15 October. During these days, the prosecutors of the two countries managed to discuss many issues on the common agenda, to reach new agreements on further cooperation.

The Prosecutor General of the Islamic Republic of Iran was received by the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

He got acquainted with the conditions of detention of Iranian citizens imprisoned in our country in the “Armavir” penitentiary institution, and to visited the Iranian religious center in Yerevan, in the Blue Mosque.
