The International Court of Justice (ICJ) holds public hearings on the request for the indication of provisional measures in the case concerning Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Armenia v. Azerbaijan)
The hearings will take place on 14-15 October.
It should be reminded that on 16 September, the Republic of Armenia filed a complaint with the UN International Court of Justice against Azerbaijan for violating the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
