The criminal case in connection with the case of damaging the private house of a resident of Taghavard on 6 September, 2021, at around 7:40 pm, by an unknown person (persons) from the Azerbaijani military positions in the village of Taghavard, Martuni region of the Artsakh Republic, in a dangerous manner, motivated by national hatred Intentionally firing from the firearms in the direction of Taghavard village and causing damage to the property by damaging the private house of a resident of the same community born in 1991, has been accepted in the Territorial Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Artsakh Republic. The criminal case was initiated under Article 33-191, Part 2, Points 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code of the Artsakh Republic.

The Investigative Committee of the Artsakh Republic informed.

The investigation is underway.
