Today, on 13 October, the regular court session on the case of Goris community mayor Arush Arushanyan took place.

Erik Aleksanyan submitted a motion to release Arushanyan on bail.

The Criminal Court of Appeal, chaired by Judge Mher Arghamanyan, decided to uphold the decision of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Syunik Region of 10 September, 2021.

Arush Arushanyan will remain in custody.
