On 12 October, the anniversary of the death of RA National Hero, Knight of the “Order of Motherland”, Colonel Vahagn Asatryan, a commemorative event was held at Yerablur Military Pantheon, which was attended by the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan, high-ranking officers, military friends and relatives.

The participants of the ceremony observed a minute of silence in memory of Vahagn Asatryan, laid flowers at his grave. The spiritual leader of the Armed Forces, Father Movses Sargsyan, served a memorial service.
