Today, on 11 October, the SJC unanimously decided to grant the motion submitted by the Ministry of Justice to impose disciplinary liability on Judge Rafik Melkonyan of the Tavush Region Court of First Instance.
The powers of the judge were terminated on the grounds of a substantial disciplinary violation.
The decision enters into force upon publication and is final.
