A judge of the Administrative Court of Appeal was appointed by the October 1 decree of President Armen Sarkissian.

“Based on Article 139, Part 1, Article 166, Part 6 of the Constitution, and the proposal submitted by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council dated 27 September, 2021,  SJC-76-O-182.

To appoint Rustam MAKHMUDYAN a judge of the Administrative Court of Appeal,” the decree reads.
