Today, on 23 September, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision stating,

“Pursuant to Article 16, Part 3, and  Article 37, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Civil Service”, to relieve Artashes Artavazd Khalatyan, Head of the Secretariat of the Public Council of the Prime Minister’s Office (06 -24-Ղ3-1) from the position from 24 September, 2021,” – the decision reads.

It is mentioned that the basis of the dismissal was the personal application. Khalatyan was appointed to this position on 7 June.
