On 21 September, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia, the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan visited the first President of the Republic of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan in Yerevan to congratulate him on the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia.
