The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent congratulatory messages to the President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian and the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the declaration of independence of the Republic of Armenia.
The Russian President noted that the two countries have established close cooperation in various fields, constructive partnership within the framework of the EEU, the CSTO, and the CIS. .
“Relations with Armenia are based on a friendly, allied nature, and good traditions of cultural and spiritual closeness. Their further development in an allied spirit undoubtedly corresponds to the fundamental interests of our fraternal peoples,” the President of Russia said.
