The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Armine Meliksetyan, rejected the investigator’s motion to detain Marine Grishay Malakhyan as a measure of restraint.
Her lawyer Liparit Simonyan reported.
It should be noted that the RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vahram Dumanyan signed an order on the termination of the validity certificate (Series A N 0003909) of Marina Grisha Malakhyan, Director of “Yerevan Block N 122 Basic School” SNCO, issued by the RA Minister of Education and Science on 27 March, 2017 order N 584-A.
The order was based on the recording posted on the Internet, and the report of the head of the general education department of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.
