Lyova Sargsyan’s daughter, Ani Sargsyan, and the son, Narek Sargsyan, have filed lawsuits in the Administrative Court against the Prosecutor General’s Office. They are challenging the decision of the Prosecutor’s Office to examine their property.

Earlier, it was reported that the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin had launched an investigation into the property of Lyova Sargsyan, the brother of the third President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.

Iravaban.net  was informed that a notice was sent to the latter regarding the investigation, he was summoned to the Prosecutor General’s Office to get acquainted with the materials of the case, to present his position, as well as the declaration.
