Based on the report submitted to the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Artsakh Republic on 27.08.2021, a criminal case has been initiated in the Special Investigation Division of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Artsakh Republic related to the fact of the alleged criminal case of abuse of official authority in August 2020 by the Minister in charge of the executive power, thus causing property damage in the amount of more than 6,000,000 drams to the Artsakh Republic and a state-run commercial organization.

The pre-trial proceedings of the criminal case are carried out by the investigator of the Special Investigation Division of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Artsakh Republic.

Note: A person that is suspected or accused of an alleged crime is considered innocent until his/her guilt is proved by a court judgment that has come into legal effect pursuant to the procedure determined by RA Criminal Procedure Code.
