The SJC upheld the judge’s motion: Arman Hovhannisyan’s case was terminated

Today, on 2 September, the SJC decided to satisfy the motion of Judge Arman Hovhannisyan of the Court of First Instance of the city of Yerevan to terminate the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him by the Minister of Justice.

The decision was made unanimously.
