On 1 September, the State Minister of the Artsakh Republic Artak Beglaryan visited Stepanakert School N 10, which was shelled during the last war, and took part in the “First Bell” ceremony.
Congratulating the pupils, parents and teachers on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge and Schooling, the Minister of State expressed confidence that although the recent war had hit the education sector hard, but the quality would not suffer.
“Through persistent and purposeful work, it will be possible to reconsider our ideas and approaches to the quality of education. Our determination and will to create value and pass it on to our generations have multiplied after the war. The most important mission of the school is to instill the service values and thinking that the acquired knowledge and skills should be used for the Homeland and the people. This is a service to the Homeland, the school is the beginning of the service and the school,” Artak Beglaryan said in his speech.
The Minister of State assured that the Government of the Artsakh Republic will spare no effort in carrying out fundamental and large-scale reforms in the field of education, in terms of improving the professional quality of teachers and providing them with material support, improving building conditions and providing them with educational materials.
