On 17 August, 2021, at around 15:00, as a result of a shot fired by the enemy at a military post located in the protection post of the N military unit of the RA Ministry of Defense, located in the administrative territory of Sotk community, Gegharkunik region, a machine gunner of the intelligence platoon of the same military unit, a conscript, received a gunshot wound in the back surface of the upper third of the right shin.
The Investigative Committee reported.
A criminal case has been initiated in the Fifth Garrison Investigation Division of the Military Investigation Department of the RA Investigation Committee under Article 34-104, Part 2, Clauses 2, 7, 13 of the RA Criminal Code, and a preliminary investigation is underway.
