On 17 August, the RA Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan held a consultation with the heads of a number of subdivisions. Arshak Karapetyan drew attention to the fact that there are serious complaints among citizens, in particular, related to the process of providing legal and social documents related to the Ministry of Defense.

The Minister of Defense gave a strict instruction to reorganize the works, to significantly increase the quality of service to the citizens, to solve the problems that are being raised within a reasonable time.
