The Corruption Prevention Commission publishes a list of officials responsible for submitting declarations who have not submitted the relevant declarations within the timeframe set by the Law on Public Service. The lists of officials who did not fulfill the obligation to declare within the period defined by law are presented. The process will be continuous, and in parallel with the processing of the relevant data, the Commission will publish step by step the lists of other officials and their family members who have not fulfilled their obligation to declare within the period prescribed by law.
At the same time, we would like to inform that in case of non-submission of the declarations within the terms specified in the notification on the basis of the notification of the Commission, criminal case proceedings will be initiated, as a result of which an administrative penalty in the amount of two hundred times the minimum salary (200,000 AMD) may be applied.
Proceedings on the mentioned grounds will also be initiated against the family members of the declaring officials (persons within the family within the meaning of the Law on Public Service).
