The Human Rights Defender met with the head of the delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Armenia on the issues of prisoners and missing persons. The Human Rights Defender’s Office informed.
Issues related to the return of the captives of the Armenian side and the missing were discussed with Thierry Ribo.
A special reference was made to the protection of the rights of border residents.
