The President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Armenia Giorgi Saganelidze on the occasion of completing his diplomatic mission in our country.

“President Sarkissian thanked Ambassador Saganelidze for his contribution to the continuous development of relations between the two friendly countries and wished him further success. The President stressed that high-level mutual visits between the two countries, bilateral efforts to deepen cooperation in all directions provide an opportunity to consistently strengthen interstate relations and maintain and deepen ties between the two friendly peoples.
Ambassador Saganelidze noted that he is leaving our country with warm impressions and will continue to be one of Armenia’s best friends,” the statement reads.
