On 5 August, RA Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan received the Head of the Peacekeeping Unit of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Artsakh, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.

The Head of the Russian Peacekeeping Unit congratulated the RA Minister of Defense on assuming the high state position.
Current issues related to the Russian peacekeeping mission, as well as the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border were discussed during the meeting.
