“We would like to inform that according to the amendments to the RA Tax Code from 01.01.2021, the apartments of all apartment buildings in Nubarashen Administrative District are considered taxable property in the real estate tax base, and from now on the residents of apartment buildings must pay real estate tax for apartments.
