As part of planned combat training exercises, the military personnel of the logistics unit of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh worked out the tactics of conducting modern combat at the Stepanakert training ground.

“In order to introduce non-standard training for servicemen of repair units, the implementation of complex firing exercises by the personnel of the repair platoon was tested. The personnel were introduced into a certain tactical situation, the solution of which was implied by the implementation of three tactical tasks – overcoming mine-explosive obstacles, inflicting fire damage on small groups of a simulated enemy and evacuating a wrecked armored vehicle during the battle. The servicemen coped with the assigned tasks, showing a high coherence of the crews. The objectives of the lesson were achieved, according to their results, the personnel were assessed according to the results of standards, ”said the head of the lesson Vyacheslav Terentyev.

In total, about 100 servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent were involved in combat training.
