Today, on August 3, President Armen Sarkissian signed a new decree, which states:
“Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal, according to Article 150 of the Constitution. To appoint Karen ANDREASYAN Minister of Justice.”
It should be reminded that on 2 March, 2011 by the decision of the National Assembly Andreasyan was elected RA Human Rights Defender.
On 12 January, 2016, Karen Andreasyan submitted his resignation. On 18 January, 2016, he repeated his resignation and it was considered accepted.
