The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page.
“Dear compatriots,
Today, I have approved the Government’s decision, according to which the residents of Stepanakert will be able to benefit from the program of providing free, state financial assistance to young families permanently living in rural or urban areas of the Artsakh Republic to build houses.
According to the established procedure, the state will provide up to five million AMD free financial support for the construction of a residential house.
The body providing state financial support is the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Artsakh Republic, which will start the process of accepting applications on 20 July.
