RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“On 17 July, we met with wine and brandy makers to discuss a number of issues, the most important of which is perhaps the preparation for the procurement of grapes and the smooth organization of procurement.
We talked about medium-term and long-term plans, identified the obstacles that prevent our producers from taking more risky steps and developing rapidly.
We also referred to the current and newly developed state aid programs and the issues of their smoother implementation.
The wine industry is of strategic importance for our country, and we will do everything possible to ensure its rapid growth.”
