At the beginning of the special sitting of the National Assembly the NA President Ararat Mirzoyan informed:

“The Central Electoral Commission has submitted Protocol No. 20 on granting the mandate of Lusine Yeganyan, who had prematurely terminated her authority in the National Assembly, to the next candidate.”

Aram Melikjanyan sworn in and took the mandate of the NA deputy.

It should be reminded that the National Assembly informed that according to Article 100 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 44 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, on 15 July, 2021 at 11:00, by the decision of NA President Ararat Mirzoyan, a special session of the National Assembly on the initiative of the Government will be convened according to the agenda set by the initiator.
