At dawn on 14 July, in foggy conditions, while performing official duties on a military vehicle, the contact with Aramayis Torozyan, a driver of Arthur Nalbandyan, a serviceman of the RA Armed Forces N military unit located in the south-eastern direction of the Republic of Armenia was lost. Search and rescue operations were launched immediately, but there are no results until now.
The RA Ministry of Defense informed.
Through the mediation of the Russian side, possibility of Nalbandyan’s and Torozyan’s appearing in the Azerbaijani territory discussed with the representatives of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. It should be added that Arthur Nalbandyan and Aramayis Torozyan were without weapons.
