By the decision of the acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan received a new position.

The decision signed on 13 July states:

“Pursuant to Article 7, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Establishment and Activities of the Security Council”, to relieve Armen Grigoryan from the post of Secretary of the Security Council.”

The decision signed on 14 July states:

“Pursuant to Article 9, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Public Service”, to appoint Armen Grigoryan First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.”
