The State Minister of the Artsakh Republic Artak Beglaryan had meetings in some frontier villages of Martuni region. The Artsakh government informed.
“He visited the communities of Myurishen, Avdur, Hatsi and Norshen in the Martuni region, which are located near the front line.
The State Minister met with the residents of the mentioned villages, presented some state programs related to the present and future of Artsakh, emphasizing that the role of every citizen of Artsakh is possible in building a secure and developed long-term future of the Homeland.
“The government has launched large-scale housing programs, and the frontline settlements will be under special attention. We discuss revenue-generating programs, taking into account the new situation and difficulties created by the war. Are you aware that road construction and other infrastructure programs have already been launched to provide more favorable conditions, especially for the development of rural areas? Now our expectation is that everyone will take the initiative to eliminate the consequences of the war and the further development of the state and each family,” Artak Beglaryan said.
During the friendly conversations, the State Minister listened to the suggestions of the residents and answered their questions related to the security and foreign policy developments in Artsakh, socio-economic programs and the problems of the given villages. He gave some instructions on the spot, promising to keep in mind the process of solving the presented problems.”
