Today, on July 12, the government convened a special session. The issue to relieve the chairman of the Investigative Committee Hayk Grigoryan from the post is also on the agenda.

Pursuant to Article 20, Part 5, Article 22, Part 1, Sub-Clause 2 of the Law on the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. “To relieve Hayk Grigoryan from the post of chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia,” the draft reads.
