Also, an act is considered to have been committed without guilt, if the person had foreseen the possible socially dangerous consequences of one’s action (inaction), did not wish the emergence thereof, but due to the incompatibility of one’s psychological and physiological properties with the extreme conditions or nervous and mental load, failed to prevent the emergence of these consequences.
