The “Union of NSS Reserve Officers” NGO has issued a statement, which reads:

“The regular sitting of the Board of the “Union of NSS Reserve Officers” Non-Governmental Organization took place. The application of the former director of the National Security Service, Major General Arthur Vanetsyan to leave the Board was discussed. It was decided to satisfy the request.

The session touched upon the political developments in the country, expressed hope that the Constitutional Court will be at its height in the examination of materials related to the electoral process, will give an impartial assessment of the election results.

It was also decided what the organization will do next, there will be a separate announcement about that,” the statement reads.
