As a result of the investigation carried out within the framework of the law “On confiscation of property of illegal origin”, injunction has been applied to the property of the former head of the RA Police Vladimir Gasparyan. The Public Relations Department of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office reported.

“On 18 June, Gasparyan was summoned to the Prosecutor’s Office to present an explanation. According to the court decision, injunction was applied to Vladimir Gasparyan’s property,” the Prosecutor’s office said.

The Prosecutor’s Office added that, taking into account the secrecy of the investigation carried out within the framework of the Law on Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin, they could not provide information on the investigation of property belonging to other persons.
